Instructions for Conducting Examinations
This webpage is specifically for any staff members of a company taking on an apprentice or responsible for an end point assessment that have been identified as a potential invigilator for an Apprenticeship Assessment or Exam.
This webpage contains hyperlinks to some mandatory training and information. Once you have accessed and read the necessary documentation, you will be required to complete the declaration form (this also includes a short quiz), to register yourself officially as an invigilator.
Step 1: Access the Interactive Training Package

Step 2: Read the JCQ document via the website on how to conduct exams, ‘ICE’ – Instructions for conducting examinations - JCQ Joint Council for Qualifications
Step 3: Complete the Invigilator Test and answer some questions in relation to the training you have accessed. This will officially log you as an invigilator on our systems.
