Enrolment

Following your application and offer you will be emailed an enrolment form to complete. This will generally be a few months before your start date, depending on your course.

As part of this process, you will be required to submit evidence of your income. The evidence we require is detailed below. Please remember if you are receiving any combination of the below then we need to see

If you are employed, please submit wage slips for the last 3 months you have worked. Please ensure that the wage slips clearly show your name and National Insurance number. For some roles, we appreciate this may mean a high number of payslips to upload.

If you have recently changed roles or will be dropping hours to accommodate your course, then a letter from your company’s HR department showing your start date and wage plus any wage slips you may have showing your new income should be uploaded.

If you are self-employed we can review your income in a number of ways. We can accept your last set of fully verified accounts or a letter from your accountant stating your income from the previous 3 months. If you use any programmes such as Quick Books, then you can submit your income evidence using this. If you work solely via invoice, then we can accept your invoicing history for the previous 3 months.

If you are on Universal Credit, Job Seekers Allowance or Employment Support Allowance then we need to see letters or statements showing your income from the past 3 months. We can accept screenshots from your benefits app as long as they clearly show your name and the dates being covered.

If you receive Personal Independence Payments (PIP) then we need to see statements from the past 3 months or screen shots from your benefits app clearly showing your name, income amount and the dates covered.

If you receive one or more pensions, then please submit pension statements/ letters for the past 3 months. If your statement is a yearly one, please ensure it clearly shows the dates covered plus your full name.

If you are not working, not receiving benefits or a pension and are undertaking this course to allow you to progress into sustainable paid employment or undertake voluntary work please ensure you select the correct box stating this on the enrolment form. Please download and complete the form from the adult section of our website called ‘ASF Self Declaration for Fully Funded - Unemployed- support to work’ and upload this as part of your enrolment process.
