About the role

Do you want to make a real difference to the health, wellbeing and success of student-athletes?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sports Therapist to join our growing Sport department and support the College's elite sports programmes.

In this role, you will provide high-quality injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation support for student-athletes, helping them to recover safely, prevent future injuries and achieve their performance goals. You will deliver sports therapy services within clinics, provide pitch-side and matchday medical cover across training sessions and fixtures, and contribute to the development of individual rehabilitation and injury prevention programmes.

Working closely with coaches, strength and conditioning staff, academic teams and wider support services, you will play an important role in delivering a holistic approach to athlete wellbeing and performance. You will also support athlete education around recovery, mobility, injury prevention, hydration and physical wellbeing, helping to create a positive and professional sporting environment.
