Learners on Myerscough College’s cricket studies programme at Emirates Old Trafford are preparing for the start of the season.

Myerscough’s Level 3 suite of cricket programmes are run in conjunction with Lancashire County Cricket Club and Lancashire Cricket Foundation, to offer a fantastic opportunity to students wishing to pursue a career within the cricket and sports industry.

The programme, based at Emirates Old Trafford, combines academic sporting qualifications with practical skills development, coaching and competitive fixtures, for students who wish to develop a comprehensive understanding of cricket - encompassing practical techniques, academic knowledge and technical skills.

The course incorporates a mix of practical sessions, classroom lectures, industry visits and case study exercises.
