Myerscough basketballers end season with another national title

Myerscough College’s basketballers have ended a stellar season with another national title, winning the AoC Sport National Cup.

This followed a hard-fought victory against Loughborough College with a 71-53 scoreline at University of Worcester Arena, to defend the title Myerscough won last year.

The Association of College’s title caps a season that saw the college crowned Elite Academy Basketball League champions as well as reaching the Superfinal of the European Youth Basketball League.

Since forming in September 2013, Myerscough College Basketball Academy has won dozens of titles on the court.
