Level 3 Veterinary Nursing Application Pack

Please note that you will only be able to apply for this course if you are in PAID employment in a Veterinary Training Practice for 35 (or more) hours a week. You must have 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C (4) or above including English Language, Science, and Mathematics. We will request to see original documentation later on in the process.

Important

There are maximum cohort sizes on all of our courses. You are therefore advised to submit your application as soon as possible. If your chosen route of study is not available then the College may offer you an alternative start date. The applications are dealt with on a first come, first serve basis and your application may be placed on a waiting list without direct confirmation if the course becomes full.

Important - please be aware that the course that is currently being advertised is likely to change over the next year for anyone taking the apprenticeship funding route. What this means is that the duration of the course, the course assessment method and some of the content may change. More information will appear on this page when it becomes available.

If you decide to take the apprenticeship mode of funding then you may be ask to complete and additional application form.  

Funding Routes 

Apprenticeship - No cost to you but a contribution may be required from your employer depending on your location and age. Funding information for Employers and Applicants can be found here or you can email employerenquiries@myerscough.ac.uk

 

Further Education - There may be a cost to you depending on your age and location, if you are required to pay fees then you may be entitled to apply for an Advanced Learner Loan. We will send you information on how to apply for this with your offer letter.
