The Fledglings Nursery

The Fledglings Nursery at Myerscough College is a popular nursery and is open from 7.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks of the year.

It is noted for having a very positive and supportive environment for children with first-class facilities and an excellent staff to child ratio. The staff at Fledglings promote a nurturing atmosphere where children can develop positive attitudes to the world around them and prepare for the next step in their exciting journey of discovery. In a recent Ofsted inspection, Fledglings childcare was approved in the following areas:

  • Protecting children from harm or neglect and helping them stay safe
  • Helping children achieve well and enjoy what they do
  • Helping children make a positive contribution
