About the role

We are excited to offer two internal secondment opportunities for the role of Quality and Performance Coach (0.4 FTE), supporting continuous improvement, empowering colleagues to own quality in their curriculum areas and to focus on the development of pedagogical excellence across the college.

As a Quality and Performance Coach, you will:

·        Act as a coach and mentor to teaching staff across an area of college provision (one or more of FE, HE, adult, Apprenticeships and Skills).

·        Support the delivery of high quality outcomes and inspirational teaching, learning and assessment in line with our college Blueprint.

·        Use data and learner information to help staff plan, assess and track learning effectively.

·        Contribute to and lead CPD sessions, curriculum development and standardisation.

·        Support quality assurance activities, including audits and internal verification processes.

·        Help shape a collaborative culture of continuous improvement and shared best practice.

You will maintain a 0.6 teaching commitment to ensure credibility in role.
