We are seeking a passionate and experienced Practical Skills Tutor – Golf Coach to join our Sport team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to deliver high-quality practical golf coaching and skills development, supporting learners to progress into employment or further study within the sports and golf industry.

As a Practical Skills Tutor, you will deliver engaging and effective practical golf coaching sessions across a range of levels, ensuring learners develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to meet (and exceed) industry standards. You will work closely with academic colleagues to integrate practical coaching with theoretical learning, supporting learner progress, achievement and employability.

You will play a key role in maintaining specialist golf facilities and equipment, promoting safe working practices, and contributing to College promotional activities, such as open events. You will also support learner monitoring, assessment and feedback, helping students to build confidence and reach their full potential.

This role includes supporting enrichment activities, which may occasionally involve early starts and overnight stays, as well as contributing to relevant college promotional activities.
