Myerscough recognised in Educate North Awards

Myerscough College has been recognised at the prestigious Educate North Awards.

EDUCATE NORTH

The awards celebrate the very finest work in higher and further education, with Myerscough shortlisted in four categories. Due to the ongoing coronavirus restrictions the ceremony was postponed from last year, with a virtual celebration held online last week.

Myerscough was a finalist in the following categories:

Further Education College of the Year – recognising Myerscough’s teaching, student experience, innovation and economic impact.

UK Apprenticeship Award – recognising Myerscough’s work in the promotion and delivery of high quality of apprenticeships across the United Kingdom.

Social Mobility Award – recognising Myerscough’s work in improving the prospects of students from lower socio-economic background, specifically the College's work with the community at our Merseyside campus at Croxteth Park.

External Relations Team of the Year – celebrating the promotion of the College's annual summer Open Day and Country Fair.
