Myerscough recognised in Educate Awards

The Educate Awards is the one night of the year where the excellence of educational establishments in Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire and Greater Manchester is celebrated and rewarded, and is now in its twelfth year.

Myerscough College was shortlisted in the category of Most Inspirational Sixth Form or College, a category celebrating the most outstanding delivery of 16 – 18 education provision for the academic year 2022/3 including excellent outcomes and measured success for students with inspirational and high levels of teaching and learning.

The finalists were celebrated at an awards ceremony at Liverpool Cathedral last week.

Kim O’Brien, founder of the Educate Awards, said: “Congratulations to all the schools and colleges at this year’s Educate Awards!

“Results this year were incredibly close, and judges had a difficult time deciding not only the shortlist but also overall the winners.”
