Memorial tree planting ceremony for Kirsty

Friends, colleagues and loved ones gathered together, as a special tree was planted to remember Kirsty Aspinall, our former Assistant Head of Animal Studies.
Kirsty passed away in December after a long illness.
The tree is located in the Remembrance Wood at Blackburn’s Farm at Wrea Green.
Many thanks to everyone who turned out to pay their respects, Bernard Pendleton and everyone else who helped to arrange the planting and plaque, and to Jo, our Celebrant, for her moving words.
