Barbara Haslam

Barbara, Babs or Daisy as she was known, worked at Myerscough for around 20 years, within our Greenspace, Foundation Learning and Sport departments, primarily as a British Sign Language interpreter for our deaf learners, which was her passion and love.

Those who worked with her know how she could light up a room, and how dearly she will be missed by everyone.

We send our sincere condolences to Barbara’s family and friends.

There is a celebration of Barbara's life on Thursday 4th August, 11am at St John’s Church, Pilling PR3 6HB, and then to the Mill at Condor Green to celebrate her life with drinks and food.

Attendees are asked to wear bright colours.
