Once you have your offer:
Download the Microsoft Authenticator App onto your phone, tablet, or laptop to access your Myerscough account. It is easier to use a combination of a laptop/PC and mobile device the first time you log in. A full guide can be found by selecting this YouTube link.
Log into Pro Portal to Accept your offer. Once you have downloaded the app, select this link to access Pro Portal. You will need you sign in details from your offer letter.
Once inside select – Information – Applications Manager – Accept the offer. You can also access your bursary and accommodation applications from this screen once they open later in the year.

Enrolment – Important Information
During the summer, you will be notified when the enrolment period opens. This is a three‑week window in which you must complete your enrolment form and provide any required evidence to confirm funding.
The form will be sent to the email address you used to register.
Please check your inbox regularly from June.
If your form is not submitted within the three‑week period, your application will be withdrawn. It can be reactivated upon request, but if there is a waiting list, your application will move to the bottom to ensure fairness to applicants.
Cancelling or Deferring Your Place
Please note: Due to funding regulations, courses cannot be deferred. If you wish to study in the following academic year, you will need to reapply from mid‑October.
Changing Your Study Day or Campus
Our horticulture courses are very popular. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee availability on alternative days or campuses.
Important Finance Information
If you will be aged 19 or above on 31 August 2025, tuition fees will be payable unless you meet certain criteria. In most cases the College can make a contribution or request funding for all of your fees. We will confirm the final decision in relation to funding once the Enrolment information has been submitted.

All offers are subject to an assessment of any learning needs or disabilities (SEND) and our ability to meet these through reasonable adjustments.
For Practical Courses please come dressed in appropriate outdoor clothing and sturdy boots. You will be advised on any specific equipment for future sessions during the first day.
