Entry requirements & additional information
Candidates must have achieved the L2 Award in the Principles of Safe Handling and Application of Pesticides (PA1) and ideally the L2 Award in the Safe Application of Pesticides Using Pedestrian Hand Held Equipment (PA6a)
Candidates are expected to provide their own PPE for both the training and assessments. A list will be provided up on application.
Sprayers are provided for both the training and assessment
The assessment is held on a separate day by appointment, usually the following week.You will be provided with the assessment dates alongside your joining instructions approximately 2 weeks before the start of the course and then book your exact day and slot with the tutor during your training.
The assessment generally lasts 1.5/ 2 hours.
