About the course

This is an Entry Level 1 course, offered over 3.5 days per week. The curriculum has been developed around life and personal skills specifically for students with moderate to severe learning difficulties. As well as work in the classroom and on the practical units at Myerscough, the course includes a number of out of College visits to complement the community and leisure module.

Entry requirements & additional information

Students need to be over 16 and have an interest in a practical subject to qualify for the course. No previous qualifications are required and the College provides support for those who have learning difficulties and disabilities.

Foundation Learning

We provide a range of Foundation Learning full-time and part-time courses for students with additional needs.
