About the role

We’re looking for a passionate, proactive, and experienced individual to take the next step in their student support career by stepping into the role of Senior Safeguarding & Support Officer.

In this pivotal internal role, you will:

• Lead on safeguarding referrals and ensure effective, student-focused interventions.
• Support the development and delivery of our safeguarding and wellbeing provision across college.
• Work collaboratively with curriculum teams, external agencies, and internal services to ensure our students receive timely, appropriate support.
• Provide guidance and leadership to colleagues on safeguarding concerns and best practice.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of safeguarding processes and promote a positive safeguarding culture.
