Getting your business off the ground and steering it through those first few turbulent years can be a daunting prospect. The good news is, you don’t have to go it alone. The Rural Business Centre at Myerscough College is here to help new businesses.During the past 15 years, we have successfully assisted hundreds of new businesses to get started. The Rural Business Centre staff can offer a wealth of support for innovative companies to help them manage the growth process. The business centre works closely with a number of associate professionals who are able to provide specialist advice in a number of areas including investment, financial control and legal services.

Meet the Team
Andrea Gardner
Project Manager Business Development
Andrea joined the Rural Business Centre in September 2005. Predominantly working with the farming community Andrea uses her experience and business skills to support businesses in their first years of growth. Andrea's core areas of work are farm business management, business incubation support, establishing diversification options, which includes obtaining grant funding and environmental management planning.
