Work Place Learning Tutor in Animal Care Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the work based training team at Myerscough College.  The role will involve responsibility for the delivery and assessment of Animal Care, Intermediate and Advanced Apprenticeships within the workplace ensuring the provision of high quality training, assessment and candidate support.  It is essential that you have a relevant Animal Care qualification at level 3 or above and a depth of experience in the industry.

Lecturer in Veterinary Nursing Job Summary: The Myerscough School of Veterinary Nursing requires an experienced RVN or graduate from a related discipline to deliver high quality teaching to all levels of VN students from ANA to Higher Education Advanced nursing. It is also a requirement that you either hold a teaching qualification with evidence of consistent Grade 1 or 2 Lesson Observations or that you are willing to undertake teacher training within an agreed time period. Lecturer in Equine (Higher Education) Job Summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Equine team at Myerscough College. You will be required to provide high quality education in Equine Science and related fields at HE level, with an emphasis on biology and performance, whilst contributing to research activities. A Degree and an MSc in Equine Science or related area, along with relevant industrial experience are essential. Instructor in Animal Studies – 18.5 hours per week, Witton Centre Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Animal Studies team at Myerscough College Blackburn Centre - Witton Park.  You will be required to undertake practical delivery and assessment across a range of courses to enable learners to succeed, ensuring integration of theory to practice. You will need to be able to work confidently with a wide range of animal species kept in the Animal Centre. A Level 3 (FE) qualification in Animal Management and level 2 maths and English are essential, along with significant experience of working within the animal care industry. You must be willing to undertake a Teaching Qualification, if not already obtained.

Part Time Hourly Paid Inclusive Learning Advisors Job Summary:

Opportunities are available to join the Inclusive Learning Team at both Myerscough College Preston and Croxteth centres. These roles will be based on a fixed term, part time hourly paid basis, term time only (various hours available).

The College has an outstanding Inclusive Learning team who support students with additional learning needs across all areas of the college.

Recruitments days are being held at the Myerscough Preston Centre on Friday 31 July 2015 and Croxteth Liverpool Centre on Wednesday 19 August 2015.
