Lecturer in Arboriculture (HE) Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Arboriculture Team at Myerscough College.  The successful candidate will be required to lead and teach a range of HE Arboriculture and Urban Forestry modules to Full-Time and Online students.  A Primary Degree or HND in Arboriculture or related discipline, Teaching Qualification with evidence of consistent Grade 1 or 2 Lesson Observations and high success rates with learners or willing to undertake within agreed time period and industry experience in Arboriculture are all essential requirements for the post.

Instructor in Arboriculture FE Job Summary:

The successful candidate will undertake practical training and background theory on Arboriculture and woodland based subjects across a range of courses from Level 2 to Degree. A Level 3 Further Education in Arboriculture or equivalent qualification and NPTC certification of competence with Arboriculture and chainsaw operations essential.

Lecturer in Horticulture HE Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Horticulture Team at Myerscough College.  The successful candidate will be required to teach a range of horticulture modules primarily at Foundation Degree or BSc (Hons) depending on qualifications and experience.  A degree or equivalent qualification in horticulture or related subject and relevant industry experience are all essential requirements for the post. We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in glasshouse crop production or horticultural research. Applicants should have a teaching qualification or be willing to undertake teacher training.

Head of Centre and Curriculum Management - Myerscough Liverpool Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at the Croxteth Centre.   The main focus of this role is the academic leadership and management of the learning areas working in close liaison with specialist nominated Academic Heads.  This will cover Further Education, the 14–19 curriculum and potentially research/HE courses for industry and employer engagement and will have direct responsibility for academic quality, organisation, standards and success in the learning areas and be responsible for day to day leadership and management of the Centre.
