Instructor in Agricultural Mechanisation Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Mechanisation team here at Myerscough, this role will assist lecturers in module delivery, preparation of equipment and workshop areas together with delivery of practical and theoretical instruction in mechanisation at FE and HE level to ensure learners are effectively supported throughout the learning process. The successful candidate will have an agricultural mechanical background including experience in agricultural machinery operations, hold level 2 maths and English and be IT literate. A willingness to work towards a teaching qualification is essential.

Lecturer in Farriery Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Farriery team here at Myerscough. You will be responsible for the shoeing, care and appropriate treatment of the College equine stock. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the development, management and delivery of traditional and online farriery courses situated within the Myerscough course programme area. It is essential that candidates are a registered farrier with proven experience of working within the farriery industry. BSc (Hons) / FdSc Farriery (or equivalent), teaching qualification or willing to work towards and level 2 in English and maths are essential.
