About the role

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our Estates Team as the Estates Manager.

As Estates Manager you’ll manage the planning of works and the execution of projects to ensure that a consistently high quality of work is delivered, that efficient use is made of available resources and disruption to users of the College is minimised.

This amazing role offers a lot of variety and responsibilities including the management of:

  • Management of the College’s major, minor and refurbishment construction projects, from conception to completion within budget and time scales.
  • College infrastructure including utilities, foul water treatment plant and structural IT wiring
  • Construction and technical solutions which support the achievement of Net Zero targets set by the College
  • Routine and reactive maintenance requirements
  • Estates records and data returns.
