Receptionist and Corporate Services Administrator – 20 hours per week: Fixed Term until end of June 2018

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to the join the Corporate Services team as Receptionist and Corporate Services Administrator.  The successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for customers and visitors to the College, providing a highly effective and responsive service. In addition, you will manage the switchboard to ensure that a highly professional service is provided to customers at all times.

 

It is essential that you have GCSE/Level 2 (or equivalent) English and Maths, good computer skills and be an excellent communicator.  You will also need to have recent/relevant reception or administration experience.

 

Hours of work are 20 hours per week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

 

Salary: £15,142 - £17,465 per annum, pro rata, relating to qualifications and experience
