Quality Development Co-ordinator (Quality Assurance & Projects)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Quality & Performance team. As Quality Development Co-ordinator (Quality Assurance & Projects) you will report directly to the Head of Teaching, Learning and Assessment, providing comprehensive and efficient co-ordination across a range of quality assurance activities

The successful person will take a lead role in supporting the implementation of the Pro-monitor system as well as providing effective co-ordination of Quality Assurance across Further and Higher Education.  The post holder will also work will a wide range of staff to support active participation in all quality improvement processes across the College including self-assessment and performance audits.

We are looking for a positive, committed and motivated individual who can work well under pressure and to deadlines. To be successful, you will have strong analytical, IT and communication skills and be able to build good relationships with a wide range of colleagues. Experience of further and higher education and quality assurance processes would be advantageous to the success of the role

The successful candidate must have:

GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Maths at grade C or above

A Level 3 (or equivalent) or higher qualification.

Teaching qualification e.g. PCGE/Cert or be willing to work towards within an agreed timescale

Evidence of highly successful teaching, training and / or coaching experience

Sound knowledge of Technology Enhanced Learner including IT qualification at least Level 2.

Salary: £27,570 - £35,287 per annum in accordance with qualifications and experience.
