Kitchen Manager (2)

You will be responsible to the Deputy Catering Operations Manager for the day to day food production across campus. The successful candidate will be actively involved in all staffing requirements and have responsibility for the control of stock. Basic Food and Hygiene Certificate along with proven industrial and supervisory experience and working in a similar environment are essential. Hours of work are 37 per week to include 1 weekend in 4 on a rota basis.
