Inclusive Learning Co-ordinators 37 hours per week/40 weeks per year x 3 roles

An exciting opportunity has arisen to take a lead role in the provision of learning support to students at the Preston Campus. We require 3 Co-ordinators to support various departments across College.

You will be required to line-manage the Inclusive Learning Advisors based in the area of work and ensure any performance management issues are monitored and probationary reviews are completed. You will work closely with the Head / Assistant Heads / Funding and EHCP Manager to arrange and monitor support arrangements for students within the area, particularly for those classed as High Needs and those with Education, Health and Care Plans. In addition, it is important that detailed records are in place to ensure that all funding streams relating to learning support can be claimed and evidenced. You will need to attend, and lead if required, Education, Health and Care Plan reviews in liaison with the Transitions team.

It is essential that you have a qualification or significant experience in Special Educational Needs, good computer skills with an ability to use databases, spread sheets and word to a high standard and the ability to provide specialist input into SEND paperwork and records.
