Myerscough College is seeking to appoint a dynamic, energetic and inspirational manager for the post of Head of Teaching & Learning.  Reporting to the Assistant Principal Apprenticeships & Quality and working collaboratively with the Head of Quality Assurance, the successful candidate will provide visionary leadership in the implementation of the Colleges’ Teaching, Learning & Assessment Strategy across all college provision. As Head of Teaching and Learning, you will co-ordinate a team of highly creative, motivated and well-qualified Advanced Teaching Practitioners (ATPs) to promote a culture of excellence and innovation. You will also manage the E-learning team in order to deliver against the ILT Strategy as well as continuous improvement of learner voice activities.

Salary: £27,570- £35,287 per annum relating to qualifications and experience
