You will be responsible to the Kitchen Manager for the day to day production and service of food in relation to catering requirements. Basic Food and Hygiene Certificate along with proven industrial experience of working in a similar environment are essential. Hourly rate is £8.74 to £9.12 per hour dependent upon experience, Plus enhanced rate of pay at weekends. The successful candidates will be expected to work some Bank Holidays. Hours of work are 39 per week to include 1 weekend in 4 on a rota basis.
