Employer Service Co-ordinator, 29.6 Hours per Week. (Maternity Cover) Fixed Term From 1st November 2018 until 31st July 2019

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Co-Ordinator to join the Employer Services department on a fixed term basis to cover a period of maternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setting up of bookings and ensuring all quality and MIS processes are adhered to for all leisure accredited courses.  You will also manage the contracting and engagement of the tutors to deliver the courses. Data management will also be included within this role as you will be expected to monitor the retention and success rates for accredited courses, employing the support of the Employer Service manager and employers where appropriate. 

 

The successful candidate will be educated to Level 3 or above and have GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English at Grade C or above.  Having a good understanding of the adult education budget would be desirable.

 

Hours are 29.6  hours per week.

 

Salary: £18,508 - £26,410 per annum, pro rata, relating to qualifications and experience.
