About the course

IN MOST CASES THIS COURSE WILL BE HELD AT BOWRING PARK - LIVERPOOL

This training and assessment programme only covers Unit 151 of the Award, Operating Pedestrian Hand Held Applicators Fitted With Hydraulic Nozzles or Rotary Atomisers to Apply Pesticides to Land

The assessment is held on a separate day by appointment, usually the following week

Funding

If candidates meet the below criteria then they are eligible to complete the course for FREE.

* Lived in UK/EU for 3 years

* UK Citizen / Legal permission to live and work in UK

* Not attending school, college or university, an apprentice or training as part of any full or part time, government funded training programme.

* Not in custody as a prisoner or on remand.

On a low wage OR unemployed.

PLEASE NOTE NO MONEY WILL BE TAKEN ON BOOKING FOR THIS COURSE. CANDIDATES WILL BE BILLED £240 FOLLOWING THE COURSE if they are not eligible for funding.

Entry Criteria & Additional Information

Candidates must have achieved the L2 Award in the Principles of Safe Handling and Application of Pesticides (PA1)

Candidates are expected to provide their own PPE for both the training and assessments. A list will be provided up on application.

Sprayers are provided for both the training and assessment
