ASDAN Entry Level 1 Qualification in Personal Progress (3803-01)

About the course

This is an Entry Level 1 course, offered over 3½ days per week. The curriculum has been developed around "life and personal skills" specifically for students with moderate to severe learning difficulties. As well as work in the classroom and on the practical units at Myerscough, the course includes a number of out of College visits to complement the community and leisure module.

Entry requirements & additional information

Entry requirements

Students need to be over 16 and have an interest in a practical subject to qualify for the course. No previous qualifications are required and the College provides support for those who have learning difficulties and disabilities.

Progression

On completion of the course it may be possible to progress onto either of our Skills for Working Life courses.

Special requirements

Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear for practical elements. Suitable clothing and footwear for sporting activities as part of the Leisure module.
