Perfecting Your Plaiting

About the course


This short course is designed to help you to develop your plaiting for a range of reasons. We will look at different techniques and styles, equipment and appearance enhancing techniques.

What are the entry requirements?

Experience in horse handling and horse behaviour.

How long is the course?

3 Hours

Morning 9.30am - 12.30pm or Afternoon 1.30pm - 4.30pm

Please check when booking whether you are booking the AM or PM course, dependant on preference.

What will the course involve?

Demonstrations and practical plaiting.

How long will I be learning?

3 hours

What equipment will I need?

Please wear yard clothes and boots. It will be helpful if you bring your riding hat too.

How will I know if I am making progress?

Your confidence will grow and you will understand how to plait effectively for a range of reasons.
