About the course
This novices’ level course in woodturning has been developed to take students with a little experience and over the weekend build up the confidence and skills enabling the candidates to produce items on their own lathe and progress to the Intermediate Workshop.
Students must have done the Taster Course or have their own lathe and be familiar with it’s operation before attending this course. Candidates will be instructed and shown how to safely operate the lathe with the aim of producing a candlestick and base from olive wood.
