COMPETITOR INFORMATION FOR MYERSCOUGH PREMIER LEAGUE
Times
Times will go live on Friday 28th Feb at 11am they can be found on the college website on the Equine Events page highlighted in the horse monkey box under the date 4th March
Directions
Leave M6 at Junction 32 travelling north or Junction 33 travelling south.
The college is off the A6 at Bilsborrow and is clearly signposted. Turn by the side of Guys Eating Establishment. Use the second entrance into the college signed ‘PLANTWORLD’.
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE CURRENTLY TEMPORARY TRAFFIC LIGHTS ON THE A6 BETWEEN BARTON AND THE OLD NELLS JUNCTION ALTHOUGH TRAFFIC IS GENERALLY FLOWING AT TIMES THERE ARE DELAYS SO PLEASE FACTOR THIS INTO YOUR JOURNEY TIME
Vaccination Information
Those competing and stabling need to have a fully up to date vaccination certificate for flu in-date for the last 6 months as per the BD rule
ALL PASSPORTS WILL BE CHECKED AND ALL HORSES WILL BE MICROCHIPPED SCANNED
There will be no exceptions ! No photocopies no photos on iPhones !
Everyone physically needs their passports in their hands ! ( you shouldn’t be travelling with out it anyway ). Or you will be turned away from competing or stabling .
PLEASE be responsible if your horses is unwell in anyway DONOT attend the competition
General Information
Secretary is located in the reception area of the international arena , stable manger will be situated IN THE COLLECTING RING please report there before unloading your horse. EVERYONE must produce their horses passports and be scanned before unloading .
The café and toilets are located up the corridor from the reception opposite the café entrance. Dressage Sheets and Score boards can be found in the reception. Any first aid required please report to equine reception.
Music
Anyone competing in a FSM classes please bring your music to the secretaries office at your earliest convenience so we can then test it. music can be supplied on a CD along with a back up or we can also play music from iPhone,ipad
Parking
All wagon parking is to the rear on the International Arena building, Hook-up must have been pre booked. Please do not park against the building blocking a hook up if you have not booked with your entry.
please park tight the parking is very limited for this event NO CARS in the wagon park they will be towed.
Stabling
All competitors who have booked stabling please see the stable manager when you arrive (they will be situated in the collecting ring ) Stabling runs from 4pm to 4pm if you arrive early there is no guarantee you will be able to access stables so please bare this in mind. If arriving late stable numbers will be displayed on the white board along with an emergency phone number . Stables will be provided empty. A £20 deposit per stable will be taken which will be returned when the stables are vacated and EMPTY . Ensure all muck is placed on the allocated muck heap.
ALL STABLES must be completely EMPTIED at the end of each horses stay no exceptions will be made Bio security is paramount once checked by the stable manager deposits will be returned.
All dogs must be kept on leads at all times ,any causing a nuisance will be asked to leave
NO SMOKING IN THE STABLE AREA OR ARENA BUILDING THIS INCLUDES E CIGS
Prize Giving’s
Prize giving times will be displayed on the score boards outside the secretary’s office.
ALL prize giving's are UNMOUNTED EXCEPT for FSM classes which will be mounted at the end of the gala night
All riders must gather in the Reception 5 minutes before the published prize giving times.
All prize giving’s are UNMOUNTED and will be held in the reception area and include top 10 placings , it is the responsibility of the riders to be on time for the prize giving’s , time is very limited and we will not wait for people .
If you are NOT attending the prize giving please inform the secretary .
Arena Walks
All arena walks MUST be mounted and two bridle or saddlecloths numbers MUST be worn or you will not be allowed in. Arena walks take place around the outside of the arena and not inside the boards and are WALK only

Open arena times are for any competitor entered at any time throughout the show bridle numbers MUST be displayed at all times when mounted
