Work-Based Tutor in Sportsturf (Northants, Bedfordshire, Bucks, Oxford areas)

With growing numbers of Sportsturf Apprentices, there is now an exciting opportunity for a dynamic work based tutor to join our growing national delivery team.
This is a field-based role and you will work flexibly completing on site teaching, learning and assessment within Northants, Bedfordshire, Bucks, Oxford areas of the country specialising in Sportsturf (Greenkeeping and Sportsturf Operative). Ideally the successful candidate will have experience across a number of Sportsturf settings.
It is essential you hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Sportsturf and GCSE, or equivalent, in English and Maths grade C or above. You will have a full Assessors Award/L4 Assessor Coach & Level 3 teaching qualification or be willing to achieve these qualifications within a set time frame, funded by the College. You will have a flexible approach to your work, hold a full driving licence and be comfortable to travel as required. You must have sound industrial experience with a passion to imparting this knowledge on to new apprentices in the workplace. You will have strong administration and organisational skills and high levels of attention to detail. This role will ideally suit someone with existing educational experience or someone looking for a career change. Full training and support will be given by the college including a mentor.

Salary: £20,907 - £30,179 per annum in accordance with qualifications and experience.
