Apply today to join our team as a Work Based Tutor in Agriculture – Skills Bootcamp based in Cumbria.

This is a field-based role that provides an opportunity to work with farmers and learners, delivering level 3 Agriculture qualifications through workplace visits and classroom-based theory lessons.

The role involves daily management of a caseload of learners, engaging with farmers and learners and ensuring that learners are ready for assessment and employment at the end of their Bootcamp.

This role will ideally suit someone with existing educational experience or someone looking for a career change. Full training and support will be given by the college including a mentor.

This role is fixed term until 31 August 2023.
