An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Apprenticeship and Skills team for a Senior Lecturer to both develop and deliver leadership and management apprenticeship standards at Level 3 and Level 5. Recognised by Ofsted as a 'GOOD' college, this is a great opening to join one of the country’s best performing land-based colleges to deliver crucial management training to meet the needs of a wide range of employers. Working closely with the Head of Apprenticeship and Skills and other managers you will be pivotal in delivering Leadership and Management Qualifications via a hybrid learning environmental model to existing and new employers as well as aspiring managers within the College. This post is currently a 0.4 position with the real potential to develop into a full-time position.
The successful candidate will have Degree or equivalent qualification (Level 6 qualification) in related subject or Leadership and Management qualifications at Level 5 or above, a Teaching qualification and GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or an equivalent standard).
