About the role
Our team is growing, and we want you to join our Foundation Learning team at Croxteth!
As a Job Coach, you’ll play a key role in supporting a students on Foundation Learning Supported Internship programmes who have a Work Placement as the main part of their Study Programme.
You will prepare, support and coach students in achieving their full potential, via target setting and action planning, in College and out in the workplace.
Using excellent communication skills, you’ll liaise with employers and develop meaningful working relationships to further support our students and with a view to developing further links to benefit our students and the College.
