PTHP Rail Internal Quality Assurer - based at Preston

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Apprenticeship & Skills Team as a Part Time Hourly Paid Rail Internal Quality Assurer.

In this role you will be working with the Assistant Head and other managers to effectively apply IQA practices for the schemes you are responsible for.  This will include the frequency of IQA work in relation to the learner’s programme. You will also co-ordinate standardisation meetings and activities with both internal and external staff as applicable.

It is essential the successful candidate has significant industry experience in a related subject, GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or an equivalent standard), a Teaching qualification e.g. CET’P, PTTLLS or equivalent (A), a TAQA Level 3 Assessor qualification and an Internal verification qualification i.e. D34, V1, IQA Level 4.
