Progress Coach (2 posts) based at Croxteth Park Campus, Liverpool - Term Time Only (39 Weeks per Year).

As a Progress Coach you will help shape, develop and deliver pastoral support and tutorial programmes to ensure that every student is supported to be the best they can be. Are you enthusiastic and can bring forward thinking ideas to our existing team of student support, safeguarding and enrichment staff and have the ability, confidence and experience of supporting young people as well as in the delivery of personal development themes and will inspire and motivate young people and if you are interested in the role – please apply.

It is essential that you have GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths and substantial experience of working with young people and be able to understand their range of issues within an educational setting, a good understanding of the issues around student support and safeguarding and experience of delivering personal development or curriculum activities with young people

You may be expected to travel regularly to our other sites as part of your caseload to ensure outstanding and consistent provision is provided for all study programme students.

The roles are 1 x full time (37 hours) & 1 x 25.9 hours Term Time only, 39 weeks per year

Part time hours between both posts will be considered.  

The salary range is £16,960 to £20,657 per annum, pro rata, relating to qualifications and experience
