Practical Lecturer in Arboriculture based at Croxteth Park Campus, Liverpool

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Practical Lecturer to join the Arboriculture team at our Croxteth Park Campus, Liverpool.   

As a Practical Lecturer in Arboriculture you will be involved in teaching a range of Arboriculture practical qualifications and theory modules across a range of Arboriculture programmes, depending on qualifications and experience.

You will need a Level 3 qualification, or equivalent qualification in Arboriculture, a range of NPTC qualifications and a Teaching qualification is essential or you must be willing to work towards this within an agreed timescale, along with GCSE, (or equivalent), at Grade C /4 or above in English and Maths.

Non-teacher qualified applicants may be able to access an enhanced support package through the Taking Teaching Further scheme which includes a reduced timetable, work shadowing/ mentoring, and support with the costs of the teaching qualification.

The role is 37 hours per week and the salary range is £18,508 - £26,410 per annum - relating to qualifications and experience
