Practical Lecturer in Animal Studies (3 posts)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Animal Studies Team as a Practical Lecturer in Animal Studies.

As a Practical Lecturer in Animal Care, you will predominantly be involved in practical teaching with some classroom sessions to enable learners to succeed.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Further Education qualification, a teaching qualification or willingness to undertake and GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.  You will also have significant industry experience post-qualification working with animal collections relating to a range of companion / zoo / exotic animals or farm livestock.

The roles are 1 x 25.9 hours and 2 x 14.8 hours

The salary range is £18,758 - £26,674 per annum, pro rata, relating to qualifications and experience.  Teacher qualified commence at £20,907 per annum, pro rata
