Practical Lecturer and Part Time Hourly Paid Staff - Animal Studies - Walton Hall, Warrington

Exciting opportunities have arisen to join the Animal Care team at Walton Hall Park, Warrington.

 Post 1            Practical Lecturer in Animal Studies

                         Salary £18,508 - £26,410 per annum, relating to qualifications and experience

 Post 2            Part time Hourly Paid staff

                         Part time hourly paid rates:

                        £18.00 per hour Unqualified

                        £21.04 per hour Qualified

The successful candidates will be required to teach a range of Animal practical qualifications and theory modules across a range of Animal programmes. The successful candidates must have a Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Animal Care as well as GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English at Grade C or above. In addition, a teaching qualification is essential or you must be willing to work towards this within an agreed timescale.

Non-teacher qualified applicants may be able to access an enhanced support package through the Taking Teaching Further scheme which includes a reduced timetable, work shadowing/ mentoring, and support with the costs of the teaching qualification.
