As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be a driving force in shaping transformative learning experiences that foster growth and excellence within our organisation. Your expertise will play a crucial role in identifying learning opportunities, creating online training resources, and nurturing a culture of continuous development. You will be at the forefront of addressing leadership and management skill gaps, enhancing the onboarding experience, enriching engagement with people processes, promoting equality, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and fostering essential behavioural competencies.
