In this role you will work with the Assistant Head to effectively apply IQA practices for the schemes you are responsible for.

You will observe tutor’s performance, providing constructive feedback to improve or enhance their performance and learner outcomes.

You will check that tutors meet the requirement for their role in relation to the awarding body requirements, planning and preparing monitoring activities.
