Part Time Hourly Paid Lecturer in Maths – Funded Project – 2 roles

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a new initiative within the General Education department.

The Government has allocated "catch up funding" to support students to make up lost time as a result of COVID19 lockdown. You will join our General Education team to support our students to catch up with their Maths skills both at GCSE and Functional Skills levels.

It is essential you have a Degree or equivalent qualification in a related subject, a Teaching qualification PGCE / Cert Ed or equivalent, or you must be willing to work towards this within an agreed timescale alongside GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C /4 or above in English and Maths.

The 2 roles are 30 hours per week on a fixed term basis until 30 June 2022

The salary is Part time hourly rate of  £21.25 per hour Qualified

The closing date is Friday 21 January 2022.

It is anticipated the interviews will be held virtually
