Part-Time Hourly Paid Inclusive Learning Advisors - based at Liverpool

My career at Myerscough College – Inspiring Excellence

Do you share our high aspirations for young people at Myerscough?

Are you an experienced practitioner who could provide learning support to students presenting with learning difficulties, disabilities, poor health, or a challenging background?

Are you keen to join a group of warm and friendly colleagues based in a stunning setting – and to offer support that enables students to prepare for today’s world of work?

You may have experience working with young people in an educational, caring or youth work setting…

You may have a passion for the outdoors, and the knowledge and skills to help students to gain qualifications in Equine Studies, Horticulture, Animal Care, Arboriculture and Foundation Learning.

You may have particular expertise in supporting literacy and numeracy or working with young people who need extra help to develop basic skills…

If so, we would love to hear from you!

These posts are for Part-Time Hourly Paid Inclusive Learning Advisors to start in September.

Currently these are term time only roles, although the College is keen to establish more permanent roles in the future. We are on a drive to ensure excellence in support practices and to offer more specialist roles to meet the needs and aspirations of our growing numbers of learners with SEND and neurodiverse profiles.

This post could well be an opportunity to try out a new career or share some well-honed transferable skills to help inspire local young people. You would be joining the college at a time of exciting change!

Why join us?
