MIS Software Developer - based at Preston Campus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the IT Team as a MIS Software Developer.

As a MIS Software Developer, you will be part of a team of specialists who maintain and enhance both the business and academic information systems for the College.  You will also provide support and maintenance for the College’s Student Records Management Systems (Unit-e, Pro Monitor, OneFile, Canvas, Sorce Intranet) application and in-house developed systems.

The successful candidate will have HNC level qualifications or equivalent  plus considerable career experience and achievements in the following - In the installation and configuration of client device operating systems, including  one or more of: Microsoft Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, use of local Microsoft Office and cloud Office365 applications and services and experience or an understanding of network protocols, where used to access networked resources such as remote computers, printers and data alongside GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths  - if you are interested in the role – please apply.

The role is 37 hours per week

The salary range is £20,657 - £29,880 per annum, relating to qualifications and experience.
