Lecturer in Leadership fixed term until June 2022 - based at Preston Campus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Apprenticeship & Skills/ Projects Team as a Lecturer in Leadership working for the Leading Lancashire Project.

This role for the ESF Leading Lancashire Project has specific deliverables and targets. You will be expected to deliver Leadership & Management programmes to Lancashire employees from Small to Medium Enterprise’s. In accordance with Lancashire Economic Priorities the target market for this delivery is Visitor Economy/ Hospitality Industry and Construction. Delivery in agreement with the project is for leadership qualifications and unregulated learning/ taster sessions at Level 3 and above. The role will include targeted marketing to this group of individuals in accordance with set profiles for the project.

The successful candidate will have a Teaching Qualification e.g. PGCE / Cert Ed alongside GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths and desirably a Qualification in Information, Advice and Guidance, knowledge of ESF funding and delivery, experience and knowledge Further Education / Apprenticeships

The role is 37 hours per week

The salary range is £20,907 - £30,179 per annum, relating to qualifications and experience.
