As a Lecturer in Leadership, you will actively engage learners to succeed and reach their full potential through the delivery of effective and inspirational teaching, learning and assessments.
Your person-centred approach and excellent communication skills will help strengthen links with key stakeholders such as employers, industry, learners and parents. You will also network with staff in other areas to develop strategies, enhancing delivery to promote the stretch and challenge with all learners
