Lecturer in Horticulture- based at the Preston Campus

 An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Greenspace and Creative Design Team as a Lecturer in Horticulture.

As a Lecturer in Horticulture you will deliver practical and academic subjects to students on a range of Horticulture courses including within Further and Higher Education programmes, undertaking course management and personal tutor duties, as required. You will also support and participate in external industry events to enhance the learner experience.

The successful candidate will have a Degree or equivalent qualification in Horticulture or a related subject, industry experience and a Teaching qualification e.g. PGCE / Cert Ed (or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification within an agreed time period) along with GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C /4 or above in English and Maths.

The salary range is £20,907 - £30,179 per annum, relating to qualifications and experience.
