Kitchen Porter – Based at Preston

With big plans on the horizon, now is an exciting time to join our Food and Beverage Department. We are looking for hard working and enthusiastic people to help drive our team forward.

We have several different food outlets across the campus so no day will be the same. We have something for everybody, a garden centre café, pizza outlet, burgers, and tacos.

Daily tasks will include

Working across all Food and Beverage outlets across the college campus to ensure all areas are clean and tidy.

Operate commercial dishwashers in a safe manner, including the use of relevant chemicals.

Assist the Kitchen Team where possible with basic food preparation.

Check and receive deliveries and ensure they are stored safely and correctly and assist in the preparation and delivery of these items from central stores to outlets around campus.
